We accept returns within 30 days . After 30 days we reserve the right to accept returns or issue refunds

How to return:

You pack the item in its original package or a similar package, do not remove tags, labels . The item must be in good conditions, neither worn, stained or damaged. 

Can you exchange items? 

Of course, you can exchange for another size, color or another item.

Return costs:

Unfortunately we do not cover return shipping costs in any case.

In case you used Express shipping, if it were the case,  we only refund the amount corresponding to the item.

To compensate for return shipping cost we offer you a special discount code or extra gift in next purchase.

When do I receive my refund? 

You receive the refund as soon as you provide us the proof ( screenshot or pic of the invoice issued at post office and the tracking number of the shipping. We only require this proof ( a simple screenshot of the post invoice and tracking number ) to issue your refund.

When Do we not issue refunds?

We try to improve and offer a loyal program and a clear policy that is fair for both sides. In case a customer does not accept to return the product but requires refund or when the customer does not provide the proof (tracking number and post invoice) but claims refund , we have the right to deny it.

Can you return items on sale or promos?

We accept returns within 30 days including on_sale and promo items.

Why our return addresses are mostly in Asia? 

We are an international Company working our own brand,  but have our main warehouses and manufacturing factories located in South East Asia and China under our thorough control and supervision.
