Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We  accept payment by PayPal Debit /Credit cards. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal  website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

We also use MercadoPago in Latam and international Skrill

About Refund

In case of refunds. We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping cart items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://www.karishop1.com/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once it is shipped. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

If you wish to alter the order ( change color or size) please contact us via mail and we make the change. It is only possible before the order is shipped.

When will my order arrive?

Depending on your preferred shipping method.

Standard free Shipping may take between 20 to 35 working days.

Once you place an order, we prepare it. This process can last from 2 to 4 working days. Once it is delivered we inform you via email.

We do our best to hurry up the delivery, timescales escape our control once it departs, though. Due to the Covid situation, some standard deliveries have been delayed. Nevertheless, they arrive safely. Take into account please that standard free shipping does not correspond to fast or express shipping.

We keep you informed about tracking via mail from the moment it departs to the moment it arrives to your country.

In case an item delays longer than 50 days or it gets lost we replace the order at our total cost or refund the money at your choice.

You may consider that standard free shipping may delay longer than  DHL or Express EMS.

We also offer Express. DHL or FedExpress with a cost for fast shipping.

_Standard free shipping: 20 to 35 working days.

_Simple Express: 15 to 25 working days.

_DHL/FedExpress 10 to 18  working days.

 

 

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most regions worldwide. We provide the right service . 

How much is shipping?

Worldwide free shipping standard shipping.

We also offer Express shipping with an extra charge. This may be applied to DHL or FedExpress shipping method. The cost varies according to the destination country or region

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can return your item to us, within 30 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused, and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. 

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges if clothing has been worn, or labels removed

Misc

Order in multiple packages

If you order more than one item, it may happen that you receive one before another and in different packages. It is due to the fact that we are an international company, then we prepare our orders in different warehouses where your item is in stock.

Don't worry, your items arrive safely.

As we have several factories in different countries, your orders can be dispatched from any of them, therefore your order can come in different packages and one before the other.
more in high demand products, where the stock is usually limited.
It is the advantage of having diversified internationally, so that there is no shortage of stock

 

 

Discount codes

How can I use an available discount code?

Just add it in your cart or checkout step, and the available discount code will be applied.

Can I use a discount code more than once?

While an X discount code is available you can use it more than once, in different purchases.
